Admissions for BMM in R.D.National College start immediately after the HSC results. Interested students can collect the admission forms from the next day itself.

4. What is the Entrance Exam like?
The Entrance exam consists of a 2-way procedure:
i) The Written Test
The written test is conducted to judge the communication and creative skills of the candidate. Students are advised to read the newspapers and generally be aware of what is topical.
ii) The Personal Interview
The candidate is required to be present for the interview with one of his/her parent if not both.

8. Is attendance compulsory?
BMM at R.D.National College gives utmost attention to attendance. 10 marks from the Internal (Project) Marks are allotted for attendance. Periodical Blacklists are displayed. If any student falls below 85% in attendance then the students’ parents are called for a meeting with the Principal. The professors have the authority to debar a student from attending his/her lecture if the student is found absent more than 3 times.

Each academic year consists of 2 semesters each. Each semester offers 6 different subjects.

Yes, BMM at R.D.National College offers 6 papers of Journalism as an option other than Advertising in the Final Year depending on the number of students opting for it. The minimum requirement for such a class is 15 students.
